Jim Matheson has gone out of his way lately to appease the right wing fringe of Southern Utah. He votes against his own party time and time again. He claims health care is too expensive…it will always be expensive! The time is now to vote with his Democratic constituents on matters of importance to us as a party, and I’m now doubting that he wants anything other than re-election, which equals satisfying the Republicans in his district. My feeling is this, I want a Democratic Congressman who acts on OUR issues. I feel he should have the courage to call himself what he is becoming, in other words – put the (R) behind your name and move on.
I know first hand that Claudia Wright is a brilliant well thought out women that has good ethics and accountability radiating from her. She is the type of person Utah needs.
